Apple Salsa

4 Granny Smith apples, small dice
1 teaspoon orange zest, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest, chopped
1 teaspoon lime zest, chopped
2 fluid ounces apple juice or cider
1 teaspoon jalapenos, minced
4 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
6 green onions, sliced thin
1 cup cranberry sauce, jellied, canned
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together and chill before serving.
